Classic Taper
Short and neat on the sides, getting gradually longer toward the top, with a clean neckline. The cut most people mean when they just say "a regular haircut".

A men's haircut at Elite Barbers NYC is $45 and takes about 20 minutes, with a wash, a hot lather neck shave and a hot towel included. Classic cuts, scissor cuts, crew cuts and fades, at a family-owned barber shop on the Upper East Side since 1991.
The cut
Every men's haircut at Elite Barbers NYC includes a wash, a hot lather neck shave and a hot towel finish. It's $45, it takes about 20 minutes, and there's nothing to add on.
Tell your barber how you wear your hair in the morning, and whether you want it cut with scissors, clippers or both. They'll work back from there. Bring a photo if you've got one in mind.
This is a barbershop, not a salon. Clippers and scissors, straight razors, hot lather and hot towels. Four barbers work the chairs: Alex, Rima, Dimitry and Slava. Ask for anyone by name, or take the first chair that's free.
Short on time or budget? A crew cut is $30, and a shape up between cuts is $25.
